dated bathroom toilet area
the location was good as you could walk to the city centre
the bathroom was very dated and not very clean a leak existed around the toilet area the shower did not look inviting i did not feel comfortable at all using it the whole bathroom needs to be remodeled soon

friendly staff luggage storage train travel
the staff was very friendly. they stored our luggage all day. this happened until we were ready to travel home by train. we were late checking out and they were understanding.
the wifi signal was intermittent.

clean room mini fridge ironing board small bathroom material blinds thin net curtain
the room was lovely and clean. it was also very warm. the room was well equipped with even a mini fridge. an iron and ironing board.
The room and bathroom were too small and very basic. too much light came into the room when i tried to sleep. This was due to material blinds. there were no additional curtains, and a very high-up window was by the bed, with just a thin net curtain covering it.

The pub offered lovely food. I found it really nice. Staff members were friendly and cute. The location is convenient for accessing the city centre.
My room was very basic. The pillows felt too hard! I noticed a mould smell in the room. The WiFi signal was weak and intermittent.
